Our kitchen is built around the tandoor — that ancient clay oven capable of transforming simple ingredients into something extraordinary. We source whole spices, prepare our marinades fresh each day, and never rush the process. The smoke, the char, the slow development of flavor — these are not shortcuts. They are the point.
Located on Walnut Street, we are proud to be a neighborhood fixture — a place where families gather, friends break bread, and the aroma of cumin and charred meat draws people in from the sidewalk.
